NVR/XVR Password Tool Instructions
Open the Super Password tool.
No need to input Serial No. , just ignore it.
Check the date and time on UI local display of NVR/XVR, input same date and hour.
Click Calculate button.
Then it will generate super password.
On local UI display, choose the default user admin, input the super password to login (unavailable on web page), then modify the password or restore to default setting.
IP Camera Password Tool Instructions
Click “Forget password?” at Login page, input default user admin, then click “Next”.
Operate as following picture shows, then password of admin user will be restored to default one.
Please notice that the Expiry Date must be a relative future time to the current time of IP camera. For example, current camera time is 2019/06/05 13:00:00, you can set Expiry Date like 2019/06/05 14:00:00 or 2019/06/06 13:00:00.
